Students and writer friends are always asking me for ideas about where to send their work. Thanks to ZYZZYVA for the heads-up on this amazing resource: website links for probably all the literary magazines in existence. Wow. It’s a big list, all right. It also includes a sub-list for those who take online submissions, which is different than taking electronic submissions (electronic means you can send them your manuscript by email; online means you actually upload it onto their site and into their system). And another sublist for university presses.
There’s a huge list for people who write horror. (sometimes I’m pretty horrified by what I write, but I don’t think that counts) Or science fiction/fantasy. Elf Wood! Glass Wing!
That should keep y’all busy for a while!

Passing this on to my writing list — thanks! (We also may steal your free write idea!)

Thank you. I thought I knew everything about finding markets online. Never came across this site before.
